Shipping costs

We currently offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all Australian orders valued over $100 and encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this service.

For New Zelanad orders and all orders valued under $100, we display and allow customers to select from, the best possible carrier rates, live from several preferred shipping providers. The same goes for Express Shipping.

Delivery times

In addition to offering the best shipping rates available, we also offer Free Express Shipping (via AusPost) on all Australian orders valued over $110 and encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this service.

Additionally, all parcels are packed and dispatched from our Moorabbin warehouse on the same day the order is placed (if the order is placed before 2pm)! You'll also receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Approximate delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Metropolitan (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide) - 2 to 5 business days;
  • Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, WA, NT - 5 to 7 business days;
  • Remote QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS - 7 to 10 business days;

Should you require your order urgently, please select Express Shipping during Checkout.

Click & Collect / Free Pickup

If you live in Melbourne and need to collect your order quickly, why not utilise our free Click & Collect service.

Simply select your products online and add them to your shopping cart. At the point of Checkout, select the 'Click & Collect' option under Delivery Method. We'll then prepare your order to be available to collect from our warehouse.

Click & Collect orders may be collected between 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday. Please also note, that We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know it's prepared and awaiting collection – usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please call us before coming to ensure your order is ready for collection. 

Please also bring your order confirmation (email) for the collection, along with your photo ID. Please note, that we'll need to take a photo of your ID upon collecting your order and if someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, we'll require written authorisation from you (via email).

Licensed studios & artists

We're keen to support all licensed studios and parlours, both big and small, to sustain this artform we most value. Though in some cases, like your first order, we may need to contact your studio or tattoo parlour for proper verification.

This policy is all part of our duty to ensure the industry is kept honest, licensed and most of all respected. We also welcome apprentices to purchase through us, as they're under the watchful eye of experts – faithfully preserving the art of tattooing.

International shipping

We currently ship to Australian & New Zealand addresses only.

Special instructions & authority to leave

If you wish to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes before the checkout when making your purchase.
